Entrance Examinations

Students wishing to enrol in the First Form must be holders of a school-leaving certificate from an approved elementary school and are required to pass our Entrance Examinations in Modern Greek and Mathematics. The Entrance Examinations include aptitude test questions.

English-speaking students wishing to enrol in the First Form are required to pass our Entrance Examinations in English and Mathematics.

The Entrance Examinations are very competitive due to the fact that the number of places available is limited. Prospective students should attain an average mark well above the pass rate to be eligible for admission to our School.

Placement Examinations

The School accepts students for enrolment in Forms 2, 3, 4 and 6, provided:

•  there are vacancies;

•  the candidates produce evidence from their previous school that they have been promoted to the next form ;

•  the candidates acquire a satisfactory pass mark in our Placement Examinations, or they have passed the required external examinations;

•  the candidates' conduct at their previous school was excellent.

In exceptional cases, students from other schools may be admitted to Forms 5 or 7.

The Entrance Examinations for Form 1 and Placement Examinations for other forms take place on the School premises, on dates set by the School Examinations Committee.
