The MERA Project team members for the academic year 2006-2007 were: Mrs Christina Papasolomontos from the Pedagogical Institute, GCS teachers, Mrs Yiota Yerontidou and Mr Andreas Zittis, and the following Form 4 students: Eleftheriou Evie, Demian Ariana, Pantelidou Sotia, Papadopoulou Marie-Nicole, Patatakou Ariana, Scotti Maria, Tornariti Emily, Hadjiosif Maria, Hadjimina Eleana, Christou Sofia, Chrysanthou Anna.

The MEPA project was rounded off at the Hilton Park hotel on May 21 2007.  The conclusions drawn by the young researchers were presented to the public and were of great interest.  The audience were addressed by the Principal of the School, Mr Emilios Hadjipetris and Andreas Paphitis, Chief Superintendent, Director of the European Union and International Police Cooperation Directorate. The guest speakers were Deputy Commander of MIAU Savvas Christou, who spoke on The Role of MIAU and Mr Stavros Stavrou, who is responsible for the National Agency for Collecting Information on Hooliganism and who spoke on its role in athletic venues. A discussion followed the presentation of the research findings.
