Seminar on Lyric Writing

On Wednesday, 3 April, the Current Affairs Society hosted an interactive seminar on Lyric Writing. The presentation was given by lyricist Stavros Stavrou. The students (and their teachers!) learned how to write lyrics and had the opportunity to write their own lyrics!

Διαπασών Music Festival

On Friday, 29 March, the GCS hosted the 1st Διαπασών event, a music festival featuring bands from all around Nicosia. Congratulations to our 6th and 7th formers, with whose hard work, we anticipate the event becoming an annual tradition!

National Celebration

Charity Motorbike Ride

The money collected in aid of the Make a Wish Foundation, was given to a group of motor bikers – members of various motorbike clubs – who made a stop at our School for this purpose as part of their charity bike ride.

Sci-Tech Challenge Award
