Our students Konstantinos Charalambous, Antonis Dianellos and Varnavas Hadjipanayis along with their teacher Eleni Apostolou were congratulated by the Rector of the University of Cyprus and the President of the Statistics Association of Cyprus for obtaining the second position in the National Statistics Competition.  The team’s video on the Well-Being of Cypriots represented our country in the European Statistics Competition.  The Rector stressed the importance of Statistics in the secondary education curriculum and acknowledged the time, effort and dedication the team put forth to work on this competition.  There was a special viewing of the videos that participated in the European Competition and our team received exceptional comments for their work.
