General Information

All students who have been offered a place for Form 1 of the GCS Maths School for the academic year 2024-2025, should complete and submit this form by Thursday, 14 March 2024.

  • The enrolment in Form 1 of the GCS Maths School is a fully online process and it is finalised upon payment of the deposit (non-refundable). For full details concerning tuition fees, please refer to our Tuition Fees page
  • In the process of enrolling, you will be required to upload a scan of the student’s birth certificate in jpg, jpeg, png or pdf format.
  • In case of siblings, a separate form should be submitted for each student.
  • The form must be completed in English.

Personal Data Processing

The G C School of Careers follows the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of the European Union (Regulation 2016/679) and the "Law on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of such Data, N. 125 (I) / 2018 ". Acting as a Data Controller, The G C School of Careers processes personal data in regard to your child’s participation to our program. We have taken all reasonable technical and organisational measures to ensure that the data you provide us with, will always be safe and processed for the purpose collected for. The G C School of Careers does not share your child’s data with any other party unless this is necessary to execute a contract, or, it is a lawful obligation of the Organisation, or the data subject has provided his/her consent. You may at any time withdraw your consent by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

You have the right to request access to your child’s personal data, correct any inaccuracies, and / or request the deletion of information we no longer need. You may also ask us at any time to stop processing your child’s data, in which case, any further processing shall stop, and further actions for retrieving collected material may be in effect. Any material will be stored in a safe location at The G C School of Careers, as per our retention policies.

The consent below must be given by the parent/guardian who wishes to receive the Enrolment/Payment Verification email that will be sent upon submission of this form.

The contact details above will be used to provide the contact person with the following:

  • Enrolment Pack (end of March)
  • any other information related to the enrolment

Payment

Please click the “Make Payment” button below to access the ecomm gateway to proceed with the payment of €2330, which includes:

  • the deposit (non-refundable) payable upon registration, and
  • the subscription to the Parents Association (€30).

Upon completion of the enrolment procedure, you will receive a Registration/Payment Verification email.

Note: If the student is a younger sibling of another student attending the Secondary School, the subscription to the Parents Association is €10 instead of €30. If this is the case, the difference of €20 will be credited to your School account.
