General Information

All students who have been offered a place for Form 1 of the GCS Secondary School for the academic year 2023-24, should complete and submit this form by Tuesday, 4 April 2023.
  • The enrolment in Form 1 of the G C School of Careers is a fully online process and it is finalised upon payment of the deposit (non-refundable). For full details concerning tuition fees, please refer to our Tuition Fees page
  • In the process of enrolling, you will be required to upload a scan of the student’s birth certificate in jpg, jpeg, png or pdf format.
  • In case of siblings, a separate form should be submitted for each student.
  • The form must be completed in English.

The school, in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Law (EE 2016/679 GDPR), informs that the personal data collected on this registration form, are not disclosed to any third party unless required by law or by court order or if requested by any state or regulatory authority and when the customer expressly consents to any way of disclosing the personal information.

It is understood that the personal data collected will only be processed by the school for the purpose for which they were collected, i.e. enrolment in Form 1 of our school.

As a parent / legal guardian, you have the rights granted by the Legislation to the right of access, correction, deletion of objection to the processing of personal data. Unless enrolled in the school, all personal data will be destroyed.

  The consent below must be given by the parent/guardian who wishes to receive the Enrolment/Payment Verification email that will be sent upon submission of this form.


Payment

 
Please click the “Make Payment” button below to access the JCC gateway to proceed with the payment of the amount indicated above, which includes:
  • the deposit (non-refundable) payable upon enrolment, and
  • the subscription to the Parents Association (€30).
Upon completion of the enrolment procedure, you will receive an Enrolment/Payment Verification email.  
Note: If the student is a younger sibling of another student attending the Secondary School, the subscription to the Parents Association is €10 instead of €30. If this is the case, the difference of €20 will be credited to your School account.
